Founded in 1994, ESA Manufacturing and Trim Specialties Inc. (ESA) is a full service supplier of thermoformed parts and assemblies to the Automotive (OEM and Tier I), Marine, Craft, and Office Supply Industries.

Our state-of-the-art 30,000 square foot facility, located in Williamston Michigan, utilizes thermoforming machines ranging from single station shuttles to three station rotaries. Our capabilities include the tooling, forming, trimming, assembly, and the vinyl wrapping of various substrates and assemblies utilizing all conventional thermoforming processes.

As a full service supplier, we often assist our customers with the feasibility, material selection, and development of their products. Our customer base ranges from OEM Manufacturers to Entrepreneurs, and from Utility companies to Arts and Crafts distributors.
